There are two ways to have this product delivered.
1. By freight forwarder to the curb (without assembly & carrying)
Costs in Germany: free
Costs to Switzerland: 49€
Costs to Austria: 39€
All other EU countries 39€
The delivery will be made to the curb , and from there you will have to carry the product yourself into your apartment/house. We do not provide assembly.
2. Our in-house delivery team from the MAGNA Atelier (including assembly)
Cost in Germany: 69€
Costs to Switzerland: 139€
Costs to Austria: 129€
Our in-house delivery team will carry the product to the desired room and also assemble the piece of furniture.
Please refer to the product details for the weight to decide if this service is right for you. Our natural stone products are naturally heavy to carry. Appointments can be arranged by phone and the packaging materials can be brought along with you for this service (our in-house delivery team).
The average delivery time for this product is 21 business days . Since we manufacture the product according to your specifications, this is only a guideline. Depending on the order situation and route planning, it may take a little longer or sometimes faster. We will inform you of the exact delivery date in a timely manner.

We have our own fleet of freight forwarders to deliver your order. Personally and safely—including assembly right to your living room, if desired.
You have 14 days to return the item if you are not satisfied. No ifs or buts. We want happy and satisfied customers.
- We deliver free of charge throughout Germany
- Shipping is carried out with our in-house premium shipping company or with one of our service providers, DPD, DHL.
- Whether your product will be shipped with DPD/DHL or a freight forwarder can be found on the respective product page and the "Shipping" tab.
- The delivery time, including the custom-made product, is 30 working days
- immediately after dispatch you will receive a tracking number from us via email so that you can coordinate the delivery date
- If you choose premium shipping with our shipping company, we will contact you by phone to arrange a delivery date
- Your product will be delivered to your home safely packaged.
- Our products are delivered fully assembled and securely packaged
- We also deliver all products to Switzerland and Austria. Please find the specific fee for shipping to Switzerland or Austria on the product detail page or put the desired product in the shopping cart, where we will calculate your shipping fee based on your purchased products.
